Why do I always get kicked by host when I find a good team in Elemental Temple?

So after I noticed that the final boss at Elemental Temple is very hard I decided to go and find a good team to make sure we will win, And well, Each f***ing time I find a good team I get kicked by host, But why do I always keep getting kicked by host? I mean my rank is First Lieutenant 2, And I have played the Elemental temple more than 20 Times and I know how to defeat bosses in it, So whyyyyy I get kicked by host each time I find a good team? My problem with this s*** is that I can't win with bad teams because they are un-cooperative and when I find a good team I get kicked, What am I supposed to do to win?!

Because theyre probably saving a spot for their other friends. They have already found their teammates so they wont accept some randoms obviously. You can somehow try to find others like you, people without a team of 8, so you guys can make your own team and play together.

The problem with that is others like me are obviously in-experienced in that game mode, So I need to be with higher ranks than me to win, I am sort of a low rank but very experienced in that game mode, So how can I join high ranks without getting kicked?

The only way to make sure that you won't get kicked is to have high amounts of clears, already be friends with one of the high ranks or play with your friends.


High ranked people aren't completely immune to kick too, because what people care about is how many times you've cleared the map.
Usually, people look for over 50 or 100 clears, so it'll be a hard time to get there...
