2 discontinued ribbons

there is 2 discontinued ribbons ( Merry Christmas & Which side you are on ) that stopped long time ago .
would be nice to re-open them by small event as a chance for who miss them and new for EU players .

+1 can't be that hard to fix some kind of event with those ribbons as prices (+ some prices for those that already have them, so they don't get left out)
