CrossFire Improvements to Ranked

Remove 16 bit in CF. Don’t know why that’s still a thing when it’s limited to Windows 7 only. This prevents smoke abuse etc... the PC toaster rate in video games is decreasing I believe so it shouldn’t be a problem.

Remove Sprays to prevent spray abuse because some to this day still abuse it on fences (on ur screen u see a spray but on the enemy’s screen he doesn’t)

Walls, fences (as stated in main thread), or if sprays didn’t extend when aiming at an angle then this wouldn’t be an issue, but we're playing crossfire so we always need to look for other methods lol

Majority of windows desktops now run on Windows 10, so why limit a feature on there when others on different OS abuse this for extra smoke protection. Just limit it on all OSs so there isn’t any dominant OS to play this game.
