Ribbons and rewards taken after completion?

So I wanna know something about the ribbons. My main goal is to get the M4C-Crystal. I'm at 14 and should be able to get it soonish.
And I'd like to know if I ribbons can be taken away by the system.
So you have the obvious ones. Good Samaritian, Honorable Soldier and the K/D 2.0 one. Those are designed to be taken away, if you lose their requirements.

And I am curious if all ribbons act that way. 2 I want to get are 25 permanent weapons and 5 permanent shotguns ones. I have the money to complete both, but I also want the Tommy, since I'm missing it for the ribbon.
Do I lose those 2 if I buy shotguns and 25 permanent guns and sell the unneeded ones afterwards?
Or do I lose the M4C ribbon if I do it then, and will the M4 be taken away until I redo the ribbons?

I don't know about the weapons, but it doesn't say that it can be taken away, so i would guess no. You could always try selling one weapon after you get the ribbon and wait one day. Then you will see, without having to risk very much. The only other ribbon i know that can be taken away, is the monthly mix-up, which you have to play for each month.

Wow, really? I didn't know the Mixup badge goes away. What happens after the year ends?

It continues the next year. As far as I know, the only ribbons you can lose are the ones you mentioned.

So... We will get a permanent gun every month for eternity?

I wanna see them making more weapons so we don't run out. Or free cheat VVIP guns for everyone. I like that.

No. The perm guns are from the 10th anniversary collection. Starting January, it will most likely be 30day guns again, and we will only need to do dailies for 15 days, not 26.

Once you reach the M4C ribbon goal you will have the gun permanent and you will not have to worry for losing it (as far as I know).
I suggest to buy the weapons for the 2 ribbons of gun collector and dont sell the guns, anyway you will not get back as much GP as paid initially.
Better start saving more GP in order to win the Tommy.

I opened around 400 Tommy crates. In the first 250 I've won 4 Winchester.
2 days ago struggled to decide whether or not spend 240K GP on 5 shotguns or try win the Tommy.
Bought 150 Tommy crates and won 2 on 66th and 61st crates.
I need 2 shotguns till I own the ribbon and already got 25 permanent ribbon.
Support replied to me that these ribbons cannot go away.
With the melee ribbon I'm at 18.
What would be faster 2 ones out of Elite Grade B (need 3000 sniper, 1800 rifle and 30ish grenade kills), ZM3 LVL 50 (At 28 now) or +10 Wave card?

I would suggest going for the Wave +10 card, you will need to buy Joker Cards (with GP) and if possible Stabilizers from coupon shop. (Is the easiest ribbon but you will need GP+Coupons)
Then go for the ZM3 LVL 50, this may take sometime but its definitely faster than Elite Grade B (recommend getting the AA12 Infection temp from puzzle pieces and start grinding ZM3)
