Question about very inactive clan

Hey! So there’s this super old clan I used to be in back in the day, that is completely dead now. Only has one member (the leader, which is not even the real leader since the real leader left) and that member hasn’t logged in in over 3 years and has that weird changed name thing with CTM_. Is it possible for support to get me in control of that clan?
