If you reset the wins and losses the internal counter of the games played does not change.

What I don't understand is why you are throwing shade in the public like this about someone ( whom I assume you do not like? )

I mean, you sure went through a lot of effort trying to discredit her when in fact you're wrong. Everyone on crossfire is treated equally by the system. EVERYONE. The ribbons aren't given out manually, they're automated ~ if you're meant to have it you have it.

Best is to just apologize for dredging her name through the dirt for no reason.

As has been explained above, you keep this ribbon after you reset your wins/losses, which resets your games.
This person played 5000 games required, and then reset their wins/losses.

I have the ribbon for 100,000 kills, but yet if you look at my profile, I've only got 30,000.
This is for the same reason. I got 100,000, then bought a Kill/Death reset.

Please do not accuse random users of illegitimately obtaining ribbons if you don't understand how the ribbon system works.
If you find something like this again, and you're unsure, you can always send a ticket, but don't throw around random accusations on the forums.
