Vip system bugged?

Hi, its been a week and NO vip bonus affect on EXP. Are they intened to disable vip affect? If so whats the benfit from buying vips!

i have some vips but really dont care about ranks since a long time because a higher rank has no benefits, its in cf only to "show off" but even that it isnt anymore, back in the days there were so few 5 stars running arround and now everywhere you see 5 stars accounts, but thats just my opinion, i rather have them for gp bonus and some side effect like larger mag and zombie mode effects. and i dont get focused down or bblocked by teammates with that guns because everyone wants to pick it then up
