Changing the email

I know to change the email you must prove you're the owner but some of us made our account when we were kids so we don't remember the info
So an idea to change the email is.
If the email is not confirmed
And you haven't changed the email in 8 years
You get a chance to change the email
Or if you forget to change the email and your account is older than 8 years old you send a request and if the request haven't been canceled after one year you can change the email

I have tried to change my email too but you can't. If you no longer have access to your old email they won't help you. You can't even complete the form to send the request because it asks for dumb questions like transaction IDs. How the hell am i supposed to get those IDs if i no longer have access to my old email.

I have tried to send a ticket to another category and explained them why i can't send a ticket to account administration and their response was a simple "pLeAsE tRy tO cOmPlEtE tHe fOrM aS bEsT aS yOu cAn".

My old Yahoo account is most likely disabled by now due to inactivity for years so even if i had the info, i couldn't do anything.
