So when we getting this? Any assumptions on what they're gonna cost? Like for example relative to the cost difference in China

Nobody know this for sure, since this was just released in other version I think it will take some time till we can finally see it in CF West.
My guess is 1 year at least (knowing how West make strategy over new content), so probably next November/December 2020. I may be wrong or NOT...
There is a lot of VIP content still in the queue to get released in CF West, so they will take advantage of this.

As for the cost, I believe it will be the set with the higher price in CF West. Take for example Armored Beast -> Full set in 230K ZP (in game) and less if bought thru Pre-order. (My guess is around 200K from pre-order)

Yikes bro. Let’s hope you’re wrong as this set is much more requested and popular than other random **** like the newest vip awp which is literally just a reskin of the infernal dragon... as for the price, 200k sounds reasonable but I think it will be 200k for 1 main weapon, 1 pistol and 1 melee, then you can probably add the rest of the weapons for like 80k each.
