HGW game watcher = stuck at stage 3 ! After in-game "Server Error.(4)

Just had a new patch uplaoded. After that patch upload:

-Game did start regular.
-Was able to play one(!) ranked match
= in second ranked match after 4 rounds played i got this "Server Error.(4)" message and after i droped out of the match i got the message "Not able to conect so server.(4)" !

Now i'm not able to start the game because "HGW game watcher" is not getting via stage 3 und closes after a while beeing stuck on stage 3.

PC stats:

CPU: Intel i5-6600K
MSI Mortar z170m
16 GB DDR4 2400 Mhz
500 GB SSD for Software and Games
1000 GB
GPU: HIS RX 470 IceQ X² Turbo 4GB

Provider: o2 50.000 Mbits Down / 10 Mbits Up / Ping 15 - 19 !

There is nothing running in Task. No FireWall ! No AntiVir ! Nothing !

I have been having the same issue, then i tried a few times and i was able to load the game up to the login screen. Then it would give me a host connection error and automatically close my game.
