WAVE upgrading is broken or bugged?

How is anyone supposed to upgrade WAVE cards to +10?
I have one card +2. I try to upgrade it with Jokers. It fails even with stabilizers.
I upgrade Jokers to +1 so I upgrade my +2 with +1. And the game doesn't let me do it. I remember back in the day I used to upgrade with same +X. Now it doesn't work???
Why is the game forcing me to upgrade +X cards with +0?

There should be no trouble with upgrading wave cards. Two weeks ago, i took 2 cards from 0 to +10, it took about 80 stabilizers and 80 joker cards. The only limitation i know about is using a higher + card to upgrade a lower + card, but that is kind of logical.

This is how it is supposed to be. The game blocks me from using anything with a +X as a material. It shows a window telling me material can't be higher than the enhanced card. Which is absolute BS since you actually can do that. If you use a +3 Joker on a +2 card, it gives the card Jokers +3. So the material can be higher. But not lower for some dumb reason.

Strange, something must have happened in the last 2-3 weeks. Send a ticket to the GM's, so they fix it in the next update.

Not sure if the error message you mention is a bug or not but I can suggest buying a bunch of Joker cards with GP and Stabs with Coupons (get coupons from free ZP crate events) to enhance the level of your card, should take between 50~100 times depending on your luck or even more, but getting this ribbon is not that hard,

Support replied: You can't upgrade with Jokers if they're over +0. Need to use the same card.

damn it.
i have joker 9+
and i am tring to upgrade it to level 10 with stablilizators.
i dont remember but i spend more then 50+ stabilizators without luck.
what is going on?
it is normal?

As i remember you never could use any +X as material. There only was a feature to transfer it so the new +0 card gets the +X one had before.
To get lv10 just do the first steps without stabs. Its possible to reach +7 or more but requires time since it will surely also downgrade. Last steps are the rarest and therefore consumes most stabs...

If you use the same +X card as material, you get almost guaranteed upgrade.
