Help! Snake/Dragon Bugged?

I purchased both snake and dragon rings and rolled all the boosts to ZM Hp recovery. However after trying almost every single map in Zm2 and Zm3, I didnt recover a singe hp. Is it glitched? Patches? I'm i doing something wrong?

Be sure to have the rings activated in the Storage Item section, then for testing this in ZM you should finish the 100% HP of any zombie, the buff is random so you may not get HP recovery every time but when it activates you will see a green message for a few seconds with the amount of HP recovered "+10 hp"
It does work, dont know if any other thing that may be affecting you, there is NO glitch reported.
