Ranked Match Help

This is my first season playing Ranked Match & I was hoping to get some clarification regarding the reward system. My only objective playing this season is to obtain the G3A3 permanent.

It is my understanding that the only way to achieve this weapon permanent is by finishing with a "Masters" level rank or higher, so roughly 3900 points. Is this correct?

Alternatively, other rewards include:
250 wins = perm flashbang and some MP
5000 honour points (max 2500/season) = the M4 or the AK Asgard

Is the ending season rank of masters+ the only way to obtain the g3a3 perm? Similarly, how difficult is it to reach this rank within the 3 months season duration, I am currently at Silver 5th class I believe. I have only played a couple of rank match games (knife only) & Ive found them exceptionally easy, aside from the client errors / disconnections which I feel is stupid to penalize me for. Anyways, this is likely because of my low rank in the queuing system that I am matched with players of similar rank.

I'm assuming a masters + rank is hard to achieve otherwise everyone would have these perm weapons. What type of time commitment are we talking?

I got Master rank 1, with 4 extra points last season in 250 wins. (Though for some reason, my profile says i got Diamond 2). I began playing knife-only, but the lag irritated me so much i started S&D after 50 or so wins in knife. I am not a super good S&D player, i started mid season with ranked and still managed to reach Master.

Just don't relax to much (As i've done in 2 seasons), if you do, you might feel a slight panic in the last couple of weeks. Try to get atleast 5 wins a day and you don't have to stress that much in the end. For me It started to get harder around diamond 2, i was stuck there for some time.

The only way to get that version of G3A3 permanent is through ranked and i can definitively recommend it. It's one of the best rifles in the game I've tried.
