Instead to admit a Mistake from their System for a Event They repress it

I was Spinning on the St. Patricks Day for the "Luck of the Irish" Ribbon, so i bought 500 Crates to win a KSG/15 for the 2nd Time, after the Event ended i didnt got the Ribbon so i did a Support Ticket and asked what was wrong, i got the "answer" they gonna Check it out.

Now 4 Months Later no response so i did another Support Ticket and asked whats up now where my Ribbon is, they asked me again which Gun i Won on that Day, i responded and said i won the KSG/15 perma and just Spinned 500 Crates for that Ribbon for it, and now they just closed the Ticket with the sentense i Quote " you didnt win the KSG-15".

So you really want to tell me i did spin 500 Crates and got " Winning Rare Item" for a "ghost" item??? and what is that then in my Storage??

I Quoted out from my Mind and not from Support Ticket,so no rule Violation, just as note for the Mods arround here
ps. instead to let players reply to the ticket they instant close it. and why i say they repress is because a friend of mine got the "luck of the irish" ribbon and he won the KSG-15 arround 20 to 25 Minutes later,

  • That's how things work here. Support Center never help. They feel like their logs are accurate and unquestionable and don't let others to express their opinion.

    Wrong! Lets. He's not the first one to have a problem like this, neither he is the last, so, until whoever responds to these tickets actually do their job, it's our duty to let them know what is wrong and it is OUR right to blame them and complain about something not done right :)
  • I guess you had to transfer your ksg from items won to your inventory so you get the ribbon. Just wait until next year now and you will have a chance for it again.

    Nope my Friend did this for the ribbon too with the ksg because He owned it long time ago when the crate first came out, and its still in his Black market winning inventory too, and He won it about half hour lauter then me, for what should i try it again? I threw just for the ribbon 800.000gp out that double ksg winning is useless for me i spended that gp just for this ribbon, so i should next year throw again about 1kk gp away for the same result or to "play lottery/gamble" that the System Realized i won something. Nah sorry

    But its nott their Job to say in my case you didnt win the KSG 15 and instant close the Ticket so i cant even reply to it, instead to ask if i have a proof of it in some Kind.

    In my case its everytime the same GM opening and replaying to it but i cant even say the Name or they gonna threaten me again with a forum ban, because its so bad to know which GM replied in a Ticket

    2. your locat time is way ahead / or way behind the server time - and is possible you was winning the weapons before the event start OR after event end (is last only 24 hours from 00 to 24 server time)

    That's the possible reasons i can think of ... since i get that ribbon winning one weapon on GP crates :(

    I'm always helped by the same GM too and never had any complaints about how I got treated. I do have to admit It's sometimes hard to pinpoint the issue but that's often related to my own description of the issue.

    i repeat me now the 3rd Time,

    to Number 1 My Friend Spinned for KSg15 too and had it in his black market storage under items won too, and he got the ribbon, another point it that would be cheating because i was reading to that point where the event was over and over again, and there was nothing standing that it HAD TO BE MOVED to Main Inventory, nowhere it was standing in the Forum Page for this Event so it would be Cheating then from their site, for players where spinned then for guns if its Zp or Gp Threw all their rest Money out just to get the ribbon and didnt received it then because they didnt added this note on the Event Page in the Forum, and since my Friend did it the same way and he still got the Ribbon and he did it the same way i did.

    to number 2. the Event was Running im repeating even here myself again my Friend Spinned after me about Half an Hour later he got his KSG15 and got the Ribbon, and when it was, the event was running for some hours still

    I'm always helped by the same GM too and never had any complaints about how I got treated. I do have to admit It's sometimes hard to pinpoint the issue but that's often related to my own description of the issue.

    Yeah because they can understand you better in explaining some Problems, but english isnt my first language, the last time i spoke and wrote english good that was in school and thats over 7 Years Ago, so that i didnt needed it very much Threw me a lot back in my English Knowledge. But theres even after the Merge with CF Eu no German Support

    Just send the ticket in German, a German speaking GM will probably answer.
  • After seeing this, I checked again, and in this case I'm not too insecure to admit I made a mistake. When I checked your logs, I checked March 14th instead of March 17th, and for that I apologize. As mentioned by someone above, this was indeed because you didn't transfer it and the system didn't pick it up as a result - however you still won it on this day and you are still eligible for the ribbon.

    I have added the ribbon to your account as a result. (Also you can say which GM answered your ticket thats not a big deal, just don't post ticket answers itself is usually the rule)

    Unfortunately, no, we don't have German support. This is because even with multiple GM's if you start getting support in a language other than English you will always send it in that language, and only one GM will be able to answer you. This way, all GM's are capable of answering you in English.
  • My two cents on this:

    Support service thru tickets is really really lame, they don't event want to go the extra mile trying to understand the situation, explaining detailed or offering more from their regular "you did not qualify for this event/reward" . It's seems that we need to be precise enough to ask and provide evidence to successfully have a great input from their side. What I recommend here is: Open as many tickets (usually they close them) as needed providing as detailed information as possible till you get what your are looking for.

    Here is a short story of 1 of latest support service experience:
    Event: Xmas in July 2019 - event period From July 5 to July 7

    Situation: I won Santa's hat from GP crates Saturday July 6th in my time (didn't know that Server already had its date change, so it was July 7th server time). I opened 1st ticket explaining the situation that I have won on Saturday July 6th and they simply replied back "You have not won Santa's hat on July 6th", ticket close, not rewarded with the Ribbon. So I had to actually open a 2nd ticket, explaining again the situation and uploaded a screenshot evidence of my BM Winning Storage. This time I got lucky enough so the Support Team said that I won this on Sunday the 7th and not Sat 6th and awarded my Ribbon.

    *This experience could have been incredible for me if they checked this from the very first time, looking into the records within the event period and see if I won any item within the time frame of July 5-7, I mean how hard can this be for the person who is giving the support? Even then, instead of closing the ticket right away (I guess they want to achieve better closing ratios for showing off performance), they could have ask me back within the same ticket to check again or provide any more details to enhance the investigation.

    About your specific situation, I can confirm that you don't have to transfer any won items into your storage to be able to redeem rewards like this (Luck of the Irish Ribbon).
    On the other hand, its true you may be outside of server timings, if you have cross the server change day (11:59:59 pm EST) you may have won the item outside the event period (so I suggest that you double check this).

    Really hope that you can get this reward, good luck buddy!

    To confirm here, he did get his reward in the end and this was a mistake on my part. However, some tickets are set to close automatically dependent on the situation. For example, in the event that we have checked and someone has not received their rewards because they did not qualify (like someone playing only 2 minutes and wondering why they didn't win items for a 60 minute event) there is no need to continue further beyond "you didnt do the event properly".

    To also mention as above, it was indeed because he didn't transfer it that the system didn't pick it up. This is something we have logged, however, and will consider this when creating any new events that might be similar (such as Luck of The Irish next year, Xmas in July, etc). These things are always a process that can be improved upon over and over, and we appreciate your guys input on things like this.

    Anyway, appreciate your effort on this Kanadian, also, it helps a lot knowing what support expect from our end (details, dates, times, screenshots) to avoid several new tickets.
    And of course, having new events as detailed as possible to avoid grey zones.

    Thank you Gm Kanadian, when i Created i let all mz frustration out, when i saw the Ticket was instant Closed, because in my Mind it brought me back the Memory from my friend who got the Ribbon on the same way, he laughed at me and did tell me " im sure you wont get it", so i was letting my frustration here out. But Thanks for your Honest respond, like i said i didnt transfered the duplicated ksg15 because Storage place is now limited, so its just dumping my space full in my storage, and i didnt transfered it to my main storage. I looked really it 10 times up at the time if theres standing that we need to transfer it but there was no note on the event page.

    Ill hope before the next kind of this Event comes the system will register even new won items in the black market items list then.

    I'm quite certain the profile picture and text you're using in your signature are against the rules, nonetheless, even if you weren't breaking any rules I still find it highly offensive.

    I also find many things offensive in game, sending in tickets does not help so, all I can do is deal with it
