Fixed ranked plz!
Ranked matches have been disconnecting me from the game and not allowing reconnection for the past 3 days, and I am losing 20 points every time this happens and it doesn't seem stopping. I am also restricted from playing more ranked matches because "I was leaving the ranked match". Apparently this is a bug from new patch and I am not the only one who is experiencing this. GMs please do something for us, fix the win rate, give us back our ranked points and we will appreciate that! And I also believe that many ppl have stopped playing the game because they are frustrated with losing points for nothing. THANK YOU!

Join the club, I've tried complaining to the support staff, but the don't get that the issue is on their side (which came after installment of a new patch), not ours.... This is what I got as a reply:
"We are sorry you experienced this issue. Please try following instructions for troubleshooting this issue.
For Windows 7 or 8:
1. Hold down the Windows key and press R. (This will open the Run dialogue.)
2. Type cmd and press Enter. (This will open a command prompt.)
3. Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
4. Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter.
5. Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
6. Turn off your Modem/Router and wait 5 minutes
7. Turn your Modem/Router back on, wait until it booted completely
8. Back on your PC, type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
9. Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
10. Reboot your computer."
Of course it didn't work. -

This does not mean we expect the issue to be on your side. This information helps us determine the exact issue.

@ [GM]Kanadian i posted all relevant info's including video per ticket to support - but they ignored all info's (including the video) and gave me same info's, per copy'n'paste like they gave to cf1986 which are all irrelevant.
The problem came up weeks ago after a patch and got solved. Now after the last patch the problem is back and still not solved.
The problem is from CF side not at the user side.
