Rank Matches Loading Error = Ranking Gauge Penalty !

-I'm able to join one or two game.
-After that i have this strange and randomly loading error while players are been gathered for the rankend match without any error message.
-After i drop out of the loading process i'm not able to "Rejoin" the rank game = because whatever the F*CK!
-Lost a complete "Ranking Gauge Rank" because of this error.

-Everything is turned down and of in my task including FireWall and AntiVir.
-Everything is up to date!
-My PC stats: Intel i5-6600K / MSI MORTAR Z170M / RX 470 4GB / 16 GB DDR4 RAM / SSD
-My internet connection constant 50.000 Mbits Down 10 Mbits Up Ping 19 or less !

I know that i'm not the only one with this problem and i know if i'm sending a ticket to support they will not have a solution just telling the people to post here into the forum.
So hope somebody has a solution...

Lost more than 100 points in 2 days because of this bug

I've lost now complete 6th class and 50% of 5th class . . . just because of this error.

My complete System is absolute up to date.
All Software is completely up to date.

I deinstalled CF & deleted all CF folders and files and cleaned the SSD.
I downloaded & installed CF completely new:

STILL THIS ERROR ! :mad:

I now lost even more "Ranking Gauge"-Class-Points because of this error.

Maybe CS:GO will be the solution !:cool:

Dont expect much of z8games guys, they wont give us any compensation or sh3t. They dont care, the important is receive money nothing more. This is a game that get your money and that is all. No compensation of nothing. They do the sh3t and is suppose we accept it just. Idk when it will be fixed but, well maybe we must stop with rankeds for a while since you cant do sh3t,losing points like that, and all our work just broken.

Join the club, I've tried complaining to the support staff, but the don't get that the issue is on their side (which came after installment of a new patch), not ours.... This is what I got as a reply:

"We are sorry you experienced this issue. Please try following instructions for troubleshooting this issue.
For Windows 7 or 8:
1. Hold down the Windows key and press R. (This will open the Run dialogue.)
2. Type cmd and press Enter. (This will open a command prompt.)
3. Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
4. Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter.
5. Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
6. Turn off your Modem/Router and wait 5 minutes
7. Turn your Modem/Router back on, wait until it booted completely
8. Back on your PC, type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
9. Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
10. Reboot your computer."

Of course it didn't work.

Problem still not solved ! Got another drop out while gathering players and loading ranked match.
I've lost now about two complete classes . . . :mad:

As already stated this issue is not new and they should be able to fix the problem in a matter of minutes...The only thing you can do is pray for more people to post complains till they decide to take action...i submitted a couple of tickets myself explaining the problem in detail and all they do is reply with automated messages asking for my pc and internet connection information which have nothing to do with it...i even specifically told them everyone loading into the game was getting disconnected....but they don't even seem to even care enough to type out a decent response showing that at least they are putting effort into fixing the issue....all that's left is to pray it gets fixed soon

was about to take some actions in ranked, but reading this...
...probably better to go out get the grass cut - at least I will have a positive result

Experience of the last 48 hours on CF:

-Yesterday playing and WINNING a "Ranked Match" but the result page after game did NOT load = i got punished by 30% of my ranking gauge points getting pulled of.

-Today entering a "Ranked Match" but while waiting for "OTHER PLAYERS TO BE LOADED" the loading process crashed = i got punished by 30% of my ranking gauge points getting pulled of.

I'm tired of making ongoing Tickets in context of this issues.
I did make loads of Tickets in contex of this issue.
But nothing is happening.

Luckely there is now CoD Free WARZONE !
That game is running smoothe without errors and it's just a Beta ^^
