MENA players in EU ranked

So every time I join ranked match I see that I`m the only player with ping lower than 80. Playing vs people with that high pings causes a lot of problems and gives them unfair advantage (for example, on melee ranked they can kill you by hitting you from a distance 2 times higher than normal weapon range, also, there is a huge problem with damage registration on high ping players). Why don`t they add a ping restriction for ranked matches at least? I live in Europe and want to play vs europeans on EU servers, not vs MENA laggers who ruin my gaming experience. In addition, most of them do not understand any european language
