Alt-Tab Support Made it Worse?

I have a dual monitor setup, previously the game felt like it was a borderless window so you could easily just click onto the other screen without it minimizing and go back to the lobby/in-game. Now it feels like a Fullscreen window in which it minimizes the entire game in order to simply click 'Next' on a playlist on my other screen this happens in-game and in any lobby the game acts like Fullscreen. So I suggest you make a drop down menu that you can manually switch just like Windowed Mode but have all three options like most other games. inb4 this gets implemented 10 months later

Fullscreen/Windowless Border/Windowed Mode

Yup i also have a dual monitor setup and its ruined, please just add the option +1

Yes ruined completly, Teamspeak is crashing every time when i start Crossfire, on other games it works well!

They should let us disable the new alt tab "feature".. as you guys said, with a dual monitor setup it's really awful now. Used to be able to have CF open on one monitor and do anything else while in the lobby or dead in and, now as soon as I click anything on the 2nd monitor CF just minimizes and takes ages to open up again.

For me it's okay, the only thing is that before the update, switching was fast but everything got enlarged. Now, everything looks normal but switching is super slow and my screen turns black for like 5-7 seconds...

I'll have to agree here. this Alt-tabbing support, while nice to see an attempt to work on something people were asking for, didn't really seem to pull through. I see more than a fair share not liking it and in my personal experience thus far it's been quite burdensome. Before the implementation of this alt-tabbing I could alt-tab out of CF just fine as long as I wasn't in a match and had another window open like Firefox which i usually have open anyways for discord and stuff. If I was in a match then I personally wouldn't want to waste my time usually just to tab out for a short bit. But after implementation it seems that not only does it take longer to tab back into the game regardless of if in a match or not (which they did say tabbing back might take a little bit due to the game re-optimizing itself or whatever) but it has also caused CF to stop responding already for me a couple of times. And I couldnt even imagine trying to tab out and check something real fast then tabbing back in while in the middle of a match and not just in the lobby now due to the length of time it takes you'd likely miss the start of the next round or so and end up dead or something.

Hopefully they work on this feature more and improve it's tab back in time response speed at the least.
