Awm Iron Hawks VIP!

I did some research myself and watched quite a few videos of it for other versions of CF, still a little confused on the damage. Can anyone confirm if the damage will be same as barrett in hmx with the increased mutant damage perk on this sniper, and does anyone have a full picture of the name card for pre order event?

According to charts I got from [USER="26495127"]LEGO_Technic[/USER] on Discord the AWM Iron Hawk does considerably more damage when making a headshot (at times 1000 more than the Barrett OBS/IS).

On all other parts of the body the AWM is weaker, most of the times also leaving BP. The Barrett OBS/IS destroys BP on the first shot on every part of the body.

The name card isn't released yet, thereby even if players had a full picture it would be datamined, and thereby not allowed to be shown on this forum.

How much weaker maybe 10-30% on body shots? So would it be worth getting for Hmx or would a barrett actually do better?

It's a very hard comparison. In some tests the AWM does better, mostly related to the amount of BP players have equipped. On top of that the AWM is faster than the Barrett when it comes to switching.

BUT when compared to the Barrett IS, it hits more damage on most parts of the body and the laser sight helps pre aiming on mutants.

So overall I think the Barrett IS still beats the AWM. However, the AWM is very close. When you don't yet own a AWM VVIP and love HMX, it's a good buy!
