People Using 'Lag teleportation Hack' in Meridia Hero mode and its game Breaking

Hello, so there is people in Meridia Hero mode, that use lag teleportation hack in Mutant to Hit other humans in difficult spot,

exemple: there is 3 last Human in the cage spot, all other player are mutants, but humans win with machin gun, Human will win enventually, but some guys using 'teleportation lag hack' teleport behind them and hit them at the same time, its like, they trick the time with this hack, he can teleport from 10 metter or more ! really ,anoying,
and not the first time i saw people use it, its game breaking and not fun.

and its really commun there is some name of the people using it
( i try to report it, but its hard to report bc Mutation mode is 17 round and the save file is too huge to share on the report menue)

( and that the only name i wrote in 2 game , i forget one too, these people abusing the game ping mechanic with hack and its not fun)

First of, I strongly agree with you. This method of deliberately lag teleporting is truly gamebreaking.

But, keep in mind not to libel other players on this forum. You are only allowed to report them through support.

I can't report them propely , because the save file is too huge with 36 Mb , minimum is 32 Mb , Its Hero Mod with 17 Round, so thats why its Huge.

Anyway, its a huge subject, a lot of people use it, if feel like Hero mode with 16 player is a mess bc some people always use this type of hack here,

its need to be fix or punished.

This has been brought up years ago but it’s one of the things that don’t get fixed.

This is the reason i quit playing hero mode, all the fun gonne when someone use that teleport thing.And im not gonna play any mutation mode until they fix this, except pasword protected rooms.

Can someone explain what "Lag teleportation hack" means? Without promoting cheats obviously.
Is it actually a cheat or some way of just forcing lag? I'm confused.
I gotta say though, I've lately seen cheats like speedhack and what I assume to be a skinchanger (guy with speedhack had all fancy weapons on an empty new profile) which I haven't seen in like 3-4 years.

Essentially, they achieve the "teleporting" effect by disconnecting the internet connection for a brief moment while keeping moving in-game and then reconnecting it just before the game kicks you out for losing internet connection, in-game people will see it as you are "lagging" , standing still in one place then all of a sudden teleported right next to you and killing you. This trick is not new and has been around for years, people were using in Escape mode as you can just teleport into the escape portal without taking any damage. And it's also hard to get them banned even with replay because of the ambiguity of if someone is actually lagging or manipulating their connection. Either way, the technical limitation of old games such as CF doesn't really help as well.

I wonder why they didn't put a decision function in the codes to determine if a player should be forced to exit the game depends on the network packet loss ratio. I don't think it's difficult to fix.

I Know hackers are really spoiling the game and it is really annoying but you cannot accuse players in the forum. Frustrating I know, especially as you say the file is too large to download, and if that is the case it needs to be fixed.

Definitely something that has been going on for too long. The modes are unplayable as a result of this. It is a result of them trying to be lagg-friendly. Its also the reason why they removed a client error that would kick you out of the game when you lagged through a wall (or walked too close to the corner sometimes)
