some ribbons that should be edited

Some of the ribbons make to absolutely no sense,I talk about the fact that 90% of them are zp based and the other 10% are forcing the players to live into the game for be able to achieve them.
I will list few ribbons that I think should be edited to Illustrate my point:
1.The "credit to the clan" ribbon is broken for more than 4 years already,and should be fixed.the gm's seems not to care anymore.there are "zp sales" in their priority
2.That "1000 revive" ribbon should be "collect 1000" and not "buy 1000",like come one no one would ever agree to pay more than 10k zp for a single ribbon,of course not 120k,we are still sane
3.The HSR should be completely removed from the ribbon system/profile page,If it was removed only for hacking then ok it should stay.but the fact that there are some toxic players in this community that report every af.k bot they see or any chat between kids talking bs in the chat(basically report everyone) or cry to mods about every every post they find "offensive" or any other highly minor reason..only for make people lose their accounts is damn horrid approach.
4.Also remove that "smartian" ribbon ,you only make a joke of yourself by make an official ribbon for staff only.
This is only on a nutshell-I can keep going about half of the ribbons in the system,but I don't want to be that tl-dr guy.
Also 3 months passed and still not punishment for people who abused ep bug
10 years the game exist and still not solution for hackers or for the errors we are experience due to the old poor engine this game has.
I don't want to start talk about the hilarious black market win rate or the automatic response from support.(same with jewels,trade system perm weapons,spin the wheel - at the begin the win rate was very high;but then again when our "awesome GM's" saw everyone are happy and getting free stuff then they had to step in and cut the win chance by 90%..,Jesus Christ every time we get something good they have to ruin it)
Please take care of these things !!! this game has tons of issues and no one from SGW/Z8games seems to care .

I’m agree with you specially for
1- (credit to the clan ribbon) . I send many tickets from 4 years till now and same answer ( we thank you for more information ) which mean auto reply and no read anything , then Gm said it’s forward to develop team ( 4 years and develop team can’t fix !!!? ) and when I ask to add manually answer is no ! And in discord they said will fix soon and till now nothing happen which mean no one care and nothing will happen .
2- 10 years pass and still no server improvement .
3- hacker still everywhere and still no system to stop them
4- players who use EP bug still playing normally while they said ( will get punishment ) !! They play daily till now with no any punishment ! -

1: I agree this ribbon should be fixed, players are even less encouraged to play CW's because of it.
2: Agreed, even when there is a sale on revive tokens you still have to spend about 60k ZP. This is just too much for a ribbon.
3: To my knowledge only players who get permanently banned lose their HSR ribbon. Players who get temporarily banned won't lose it.
4: Not only staff members get this ribbon. Regular players being actively involved in the community helping others do also.
EP bug: This was a mistake on Z8games's side. You can't really blame players for abusing it.You would've probably done exactly the same. Anyways, to my knowledge the GM's explained the players who did abuse it were punished accordingly.
Hackers: Don't really meet many in game these days. Be sure to report them if you do.
Errors: Agreed, we do have a lot of errors in the game lately. Good friend of mine tried everything but still can't play for some days now because of errors.
Support: Imagine how time consuming running a support center is. I think the GM's are coping very well with the insane amount of tickets they have to answer on a daily basis
Win rate: Being used to the EU win rate, the one in West is laughable. I rarely spend in crates anymore. I would recommend doing the same until things change. -

Did you by any chance lost your hsr ribbon ?

I think this is exactly the opposite, because i've seen quite a few who got permanently banned and still have hsr ribbon while i still see players playing the game without the hsr ribbon. Its probably not working anymore as intended or its just based on automatic bans and not manual bans. -
1- for credit to the clan ribbon ( it’s abnormal ) . 4 years and nothing happen after all promises here and in discord !!
2- for HSR ribbon : some is players who get permeant ban and some who get ban 30 days still have it , while they remove it from me due to net problem before 6 years! -

About the smartian - well,the people with this ribbon who are not from staff are very little few,I can barely count them on the fingers of one hand,so I really don't see the point of this rib
About hackers- you should play ranked sd or public hmx/td in uk3...you probably play only uk4 and that's why you don't see them
About the support - yes i understand,but I'd rather wait 3 days for a helpful live reply (like what was in juicebox time)than get a reply to my tickets in less than 20 seconds that looks exactly like the reply in the prior 100 tickets that doesn't help any one at all (I some times wonder why there is even a support center for,if it a bother for them to manage it and they don't even encouraged to reply to tickets,and they are sad to even come to work every day..then what's the point)

Did you by any chance send dozens of reports every day?and 90% of them are not even hacking reports?
And yes I did lost my ribbon,long time ago,and no I was never hacking,and it none of any one business of why every single account without it have lose it.

I counted 81 ribbons that actually can be achieved without spending a single cent. (only for the protocol)

True, true... As much as i know the GM's do not make zp sales. They just simply announce it. Well with this ribbon I am split opinion ... First, you need the *recognition and the *attention of the GM's, which is not everyone's thing...
On the other hand, it is a fair and certainly cool ribbon EVERYONE could have.

A support center is needed for any game. And you might need to consider that not all request filled in the support center can be solved, thereby also giving you a standard reply at times. If you want a well thought out reply be sure to give as much detail as possible. -
Im only goona comment about "revival of the fittest ribbon" , for those of u that dont know, back in the time there was a moment when this ribbon was bugged and anyone who bought 1 revive with 400 zp gott the ribbon and those ribbons were never taken away , so, im never gonna spend 60k zp on black friday sales or 120k zp when is no discount for a ribbon that other players have with just 400 zp.Peace.

I did, mainly harassment reports. You don't lose hsr ribbon for that if thats what you're trying to say
I see you have a personal reason why you want to see hsr ribbon removed and support sure saw what you did so.. now complain about it
