Regarding xmas in July

Is there any chance this year at xmas in July event the crates would be in the black market and not in the web mall?so we can use our free crate tickets on them?for get the ribbon?
It has been highly requested between many players in game and many friends of mine that all of them were very sad last year at 2018 when you decided to put those crates on the web mall and not the bm (I am in love with the game and respect you,but sorry no one who isn't insane will never spend zp on crates these days with the hilarious win rate you have set to this game,maybe with the win rate we had in eu ,but here no way)

There were players who saved the xmas crates from events just to spin on july to get the ribbon and then someone decided that you should buy the crates during the event to get the ribbon :P You will probably have to pay if you want that ribbon.

This happened to some of my friends last year.
I'm not gonna make the same mistake so that's why I'm already saving up ZP.
Tbh for me it doesn't really matter if it's in the webmall or in the Black Market, both are bought with ZP, so yeah...
I could get a few more crates from BM cause free crate tickets, though.
