Cannot open shader file - rez/Shader/legacyshader.fxo

so everytime i join a room i get like after 10-15 minutes an error called : cannot open shader file etc-

what should i do? Its impossible for me to play 2 hours on the weekend.

i tried everything- reinstalled cf- i resetted my whole pc- still nothing works.
