Adding special characters for Clan names & Forum names change card.

Hello!
Since we are able to add special characters to our names now. Why can't we add it to our clan names aswell?

Normal name change costs 4,700 ZP, Special characters name change costs 10,000 ZP
Normal clan name change costs around 10,000 ZP, Special characters name change should cost 20,000 ZP

And we should buy it from forums aswell, Same as this one
