Melee rooms with Axe banned setting?

I know I've seen it. A TDM or FFA room where the axe was banned by an option and there was even an icon for it. But I couldn't find it by myself. Can anyone tell me how to enable the "no Axe B.C" mode?

Yes. That's a bummer. I expected an Axe ban since they're the most annoying weapon besides VVIP pay2win knuckles.

The icon simply means the host owns the VIP axe and is not setting the room to throwing axe TDM
