hi when trying to create a clan this is what I said:
You must Reach Staff Sergeant to create a clan.
and now I am Sergeant First and I have 5000 gp
please help

are you signed into the right account..

You need to be THIS rank: http://crossfire.z8games.com/guide_ranking_petty_officer.aspx at the top, to create a clan.
You also need the required amount of GP.

If you can not create a clan, then you do not fulfil the requirements.

You need to me STAFF Sergeant first class. Not just a Sergeant.
