Explanation for ban

Not just me, but many other players would agree that lot of mismanagement and bad policies are in practice regarding this game. One of them is insta ban without any explanation.

If someone creates a thread seeking reason behind his/her ban, you guys just ask them to submit the ticket to have a proper conversation within walls. This is backfiring. your support center is useless since day 1 and there's no denying in it.

I was banned 3 months ago when I called someone "F" camper. That F word cost me 3 days ban. Well I agree that was offensive word but at the same time it is very common word nowadays even in crossfire. Well, that time someone mocked me and threatened me to ban me over that word in that map and I laughed it off by thinking of it as same kind of lame joke but it turned out that he was famous among GMs .

Now few days ago, I tried to logged in and I found out that I am banned for 7 days. I didn't use "F" since my first ban because I know that GMs don't like me to use that word out of all CF population. Even if 6 billion people use that F word they will not do anything but it's another case for me. Well, I made a deal with it.
Now that 7 days ban really hit me hard as I didn't do anything against anyone but still got banned. I moved to the support center and submitted a ticket. They responded that I harassed Z8game users and the centuries old line "After careful investigation, this account was found to be involved in actions that violated our Terms and Conditions."

Well I thought that might be some kind of misunderstanding on their behalf as I didn't do anything but still got banned without any reason. I asked for a reason by submitting another ticket but I got the exact same response with same word counts. I submitted another ticket to ask them to at least tell me what did I do that led to that 7 days ban but, I swear to God, they responded with the same answer with same words and number of characters.

3 tickets and same response. If I really did something wrong then why don't you guys just show me a screenshot of it or provide me a proof?

Well may be robots sitting in support center were busy eating donuts with starbucks' coffee and responded with the same answer 3 times in a row but what about the messages which I sent to 4 different GMs on discord via PM to let me know the real reason or proof of my 7 days ban? Why didn't they respond? Don't I deserve to be heard back? This is absolutely ridiculous way of running things and you may keep banning just because you want to ban xyz guy/gal.

In this era, where companies are competing against each other by coming up with staff with flexible attitude towards their clients, Z8Games, especially, CFwest is going backwards. Gaming industry is known to have the best customer support services out of all industries but Z8Games is just the opposite of this fact. What kind of support center is this if I can't get my issue sort out. Now I come down to this dead website and made a thread on it to seek some justice. It's been 4 days since the ban but I can't think of a reason behind it. At least you guys should respect your players/customers/stakeholders who are with the game since 10/11 years and respond them with proper answers rather than same thing again n again.

It doesn't matter how "Famous" someone is with the GMs, anyone can get anyone else banned if it can be proved that they were swearing at people and insulting them.

You were temporarily banned for breaking the rules, as you've stated previously.

If I were you I'd make sure I didn't insult anyone or swear at people going forward.
