Make the 2.0 and 1.0 dreads be bought separately

Some people don't like the new Dread. If the Nurse has the 1.0 and 2.0 version in the shop i don't know why the dread doesn't have it too. Make it so people can decide if they want the 1.0 or 2.0 dread. Also put them with the same price.

+1 I prefer the old design, as well.

Though, I'd prefer if that were a choice in Storage rather than the Shop. Buy one Dread or Maiden and then freely swap between each mutant's alternate skin in storage. I don't want a bunch of copies of the same mutant clogging up the selection window.
