S&D Arms Deal (non-ranked) + fix

- Add S&D Arms Deal to normal modes (non-ranked)
It's really fun and FAIR for both teams

- Make awm cost: 100 and Cheytac: 500

- I would like to reword what weapons you start with as well if possible
let's say you start with the melee "fists" from weapon master and the grenade, flash smoke.
You can then buy a random Melee, Pistol, Sniper, Rifle, Smg, Sg or Mg
