Why my name has been changed

I leave this game for like 2-3 years now and today i install, login to the game and i see that my name is now like amt_5452132 some name like that, anyone knows why this probably happen?

They did a name purge on accounts that haven't been active in a while. I'm sorry if you had a really cool name but it's gone now. It was because the support team was receiving to many requests for special names, numbers, characters, etc. So they just purged all the old accounts. Out of curiosity what was your old ign?

It was [Pro.Nix], but i leave to crossfire ES with the same name and then coming back they killed me, so, i had to change my name with zp now?

Oh so it was either a account transfer? wasn't here for the whole migration mess. Your name is either stuck on one of the servers, tbh just send a support ticket about it. They should be able to figure it out.

To clarify, once you're inactive for a certain period of time your name will automatically be changed to a standard IGN. This has been done since the support got a lot of requests to free up previously used names on inactive accounts. It works as follows: if you have not been logged in 2 years since the last maintenance date, your IGN will be changed to CTM_******XX (X being numbers). You will also be rewarded a free IGN change ticket to change your IGN again once being active again.
