Ep balance not being updated

Hi,
so its been 5 days since my EP balance hasnt beed updated at all, l had 43k and spent 40k right now on 1 event weapon.
and l need to get atleast 40k more EP from playing and those 50k bonus from the event but l havent.
What to do?

I did make one 3 days ago, and made 1 more today, only response l got was ,,You have already submitted a ticket regarding this issue. Please do not submit new tickets about the same issue if you already have a ticket in-progress. Please note that submitting duplicate, incomplete, or false tickets may result in longer wait times. ,,

If this is the case, you need to respond on the original ticket. Also, you only get EP through events, not just from playtime.
