What's VIB? it's VIP... yes, "VIP" and "Please". I know arabs pronounce "P" as "B" but I would never understand how can you guys write "P" as "B"? Don't you use your brain before your hands?

For the question, I think pre-order will be up when the right time comes, which only GMs and God knows. Thank you for your patience and now you can go sit back on the chair in the corner of the room.

Well, there is NO official schedule to follow regarding pre-orders or VIP releases, we just speculate over them, in this case there is NO such thing and we will need to wait for an official announcement.
