i have many problems with this game for 2 years

support of this game not real humans only is bot answer to me the same reply more and more..

The support is dealt with by people, not bots.
They have templates which they use to speed up the hundreds of tickets each day, but I assure you a human is reading your ticket and responding appropriately.
If something is wrong with the reply you've been sent, send a reply back and let them know.

If you wish to talk to the support team, it has to be through tickets.
If there's something that isn't account related that you'd like help with, feel free to ask here and any helpful players, MODs, or GMs will be happy to assist.

Can you give me the current version of the game? For some reason my game doesn't auto update when I launch it anymore so I have to change the version file myself.

This can only be resolved in support. Be advised to ALWAYS keep your account information safe and never share it with anyone.
