Question about Mega Warmonger and its attacks.
So I don't know how successfully finish it with a noob team. If you have 1-2 decent people, he is no big, deal, but often than enough i have to carry noobs with rifles through.
How do I dodge his charge? I am always targeted and he charges through all floors and the range is insane. Is there a trick t dodge it?
How do I efficiently kill its shield? I noticed some people do insane damage to it and kill it within seconds. But I am stuck with attacking it with the AA12. Even with berserker and the charged grenades + Glacial beast spam it takes too long if noobs focus on the silver useless Warmonger.
I also know people use to solo him. The above question apply to this. How to successfully solo him within the bonus time?

You are obviously a noobie yourself, this is why you can't win.
1) There is no trick to dodge his charge, but you can stop his charge by using RPK.
2) There are two C4s up in the sky, when he jumps and you are blown up you can get one of the C4s to destroy his shield. just one click and his shield is gone.
3) I soloed him once and it's harder to kill him alone, even though the boss is weaker when there is only 1 person killing it. I used AA12-buster, killed him in time; and I think it would be much easier if I had AK47 buster gold. -

1. So it is impossible to solo him or avoid the charge, and you have to use respawn token?
2. I totally did not know this. I tried to get the special weapons there by getting blown there by the big turbine, but failed, so gave up.
3. I guess its actually easier when he only has solo HP and not 4x with 3 people who just spam gatlings or normal rifles and die...
Also yes, I'm new to some modes and dunno about most of the mechanic and quirks, but I am a crossfire vet an know about most standard things. -

Now a days its not Hard to get Zombie mode Boosted gun like p90 INfection, or AA12 Buster Infection for a week or even the SR25 Burning Shot/Warmonger but that is the worst in my opinion for Crater Dawn because you get with AA12 the Most Points to Buy Equipment. That Nades with the Shield arround are Healing Grenades and not boosted dmg ones, if you mean that Nades.
Best Trick do not get his Charge Reach you is when the "Hes Charging" text pop up to buy the RPG 7 Freeze and shoot it at him when he tried to make his first Charge and then wait 2 Seconds when youre reload the 2nd rocket in and then to shoot him again with it.
Like the others said already theres C4 on the Plattforms where he "boost" you up to instant get his shield away and Stun him.
Player with like as an Example M4a1 Born Beast Vip have a Chance to make some "critical" hits on him, which means tht shot does lightly more damage, but when they do "insane" dmg to him its because of Nades from Zombie Mode boosted weapons or they already Skilled out in the Other ZM Mode, which gives you Dmg boos to certain Types of Zombies.
That Berserker is just a waste of Points, even the Glacial Beast, if you dont have Points Quick together first Choice is ever RPG 7 Freezing and then when you can quickly after that get fast points together its just do more dmg when all do Glacial Beast at him.
Hope i could help you a litl bit -

I soloed him without using revive token. To solo him you have to spam RPK to stop him from charging; there is a sign that tells you he is about to charge so get RPK out straight away when you see that sign.
Also, as you can't stand in one place, you run around between the two C4s so that when he jumps you can get one of the C4 to destroy his shield. If you were far away from C4 when he jumps then you most likely lose unless you have AK buster to destroy the shield. -
the most important trick to solo him is always run between the 2 C4s:
From C4.1 to C4.2 then go around the truck and back to C4.1. Make sure you go around with wide angle so that you can see him clearly, meaning seeing the sign of him charging clearly so as to stop him in time.
Repeat this until the boss dies.
If you happen to die, you should not attack him immediately when you revive because he might get angry and jump. Reviving point is very far away from C4 so you will be in a big problem. Thus I advise you to run to C4 area first then start shooting. -
If he isn't frozen with an Ice RPG you can't dodge his charge, even if you're out of range of the first rush, he does a second; he's just cheap like that. If you do freeze him with an Ice RPG, he links three shorter charges together, you just have to be out of range to not get hit.
Don't bother trying to shoot through his shield, you only do that if you messed up and missed the C4. His red health bar is divided into 5 segments. As soon as one segment is down, he brings up the blue shield. The second you see blue, look for one of the glowing rectangles on the ground. One's right at the start of the first train going up to the higher levels, the others in the back on the left of the first one. Run into whichever is closer, then look down at the ground so you can see the platform with the C4 on it as you're getting launched into the air. Grab the C4, throw it close to him by firing and then detonate it, also by firing it. It instantly breaks his shield.
I wouldn't even bother trying to solo him, and also don't bother if you don't have an AA12. You can easily get the parts to make a temp AA12 from Fatal Canyon. The only other gun/ guns that are good for him are the Silver and Gold AK Busters. The P90s are nice, but when you respawn their special meter resets to zero. The SR25 can work, but it's not newbie friendly at all, and it's no where near as good as the AA12 for the bosses. Whenever you respawn with an AA12 or AKB-S or G, the special meter is automatically full, allowing you to just blast him with its grenades. The regular AK Buster can work, but it's not as powerful as the AA12, which is only outclassed by the Silver Buster, which is only outclassed by the Gold Buster.
Also, unless its waves 5, 13, or 14, DO NOT run up to the higher levels, that only makes it take more time to finish and annoys everyone who's playing. 5 and 13 are the only real exceptions because zombies spawn from the train car on the first level up in the back, and if the whole team doesn't know what they're doing, its easy to get swamped with zombies on wave 14. -

I didn't notice the boss put up his shield when 1/5 of his HP is gone. Thanks for that.
By the way, soloing the mode gives you higher chance of jewel according to what some pros ZM said. But it is obviously harder to solo than teaming up (even a noob team can help: 1 might shoot and distract silver boss, one might be charging target of golden boss so you can shoot freely). Soloing means you are all alone and it can be quite stressful (it wouldn't be too hard if you had AK buster gold; and I would solo more if i had this gun but I can only afford AA-12 buster temporary). AK-buster gold can destroy his shiled so fast that you don't need to rely solely on C4, that is you always feel confident about defeating the boss in time and not stressed out when you miss c4.
I soloed him only once and I got a jewel pop-up. Not from legendary reward but from pop-up message. Don't know if it was luck or solo reward. Probably someone with experience can confirm this? -

Thanks. I did figure most of the stuff out already. Like how the C4 works. I dropped the AKB, but need a lot of crystals for it. Is there a way to acquire them relatively fast? I like the AKB-S more than gold, so it'll be enough for me for a while.
The thing that bugs me is only dropping everything besides AA12 shards. I have 2 permanent Warmonger fists, the P90 for a month and so on... But barely any AA12 shards.
