Ranked Bug

I was at 199 wins in ranked, also ready to level up in one or two matches (My level, not the ranked level). I played one match S&D ranked, we won. After the match there was only a transparent screen, with the regular OK/Save buttons (or what they say). Pressed the button next to save.

And... Still 199 wins, no xp, no gp and no ranked points, pretty irritating. When did it happen, just now, before writing this.
