How can a reported player still be active?

Hey dudes..

I wounder how a reported player, who i reported by hack report, can still be active?
He was reported about 2 moth ago.

He had a wall hack and was "swimming" in the ground, killing everyone in ranked game.
Is hackers just suspended for a short time?

Why take the effort of file a hacker report if there is no use?

Just because you report someone, it doesn't mean that the player gets instant ban. They deal with many reports, which probably 2/3 are false, so it takes time. I've only reported 4 my self, but none of them is playing now and haven't been for some time. So i guess they got banned, so it atleast works sometimes.

Ok, well i hope it works for this one to. Hate hakers in ranked games.
Why should they get the rewards?
