Players beieng gathered to start the Game=drop out of this process and get punished

S&D Ranked Games = after clicken on start = "Matching Group" starts = then it switches to "Players are beieng gathered to start the Game" = a lot of people drop out of this process and get punished = minus of "Ranking Gauge" ! BUT we never entered the Game = because we drop out of the process "Players are beieng gathered to start the Game" !

I have a constant ping of 12!
I have 50Mbits Down ! constant!
I have 10Mbits Up ! constant!
So i DONT have any Provider oder Internet Problems!

I use Win10 = all updated !
My MoBo Bios = all fresh !
My GPU Bios = all fresh !

My system:

Intel i5-6600K CPU
MSI Z170m Mortar
2400 MHZ 16 GB DDR4
RX 470 4GB GPU
SSD = for WIN10, Software and all Games

= with constant more than 150 FPS !

I have NO other software running = like FireWall, AntiVir or so = while gaming!

CF is completly fresh and new installed !

This is a CF (server) Problem !

I've lost about a complete Class of Master because of this issue!

Supoort Ticket was send but they say they dont understand the issue and say i have to find Help here in Forum.

Last time i sended ticked about errors and drop out they said me they dont see problem in it. so if this bug is not about paying real cash dont mind it wont be fixed

Same here = Support answered with = They dont see any problem, they dont know about any problem.

Please note that we are already looking into this problem, and have never answered a ticket with 'we dont see any problem we dont know any problem". Thanks for the further information about this issue, however.
