Spas 12 Slug vs M37 Takeout Slug.

Are the slug shots they use the same? Or M37's slug is stronger?

I guess M37 Slug is better as I already have it. You can one shot anyone with slug shot whether with BP or not and it works on long range too. Slug shots has insane range and damage. For your reference, in Eagle Eye S & D, I could one shot a guy in A site from tower. I did 100 damage to him and that was just an illustration of its range and power.

However, the slug shot requires some time to load and that's the only drawback.

Without Slug shot, M37 is still dope. You can kill anyone with 1 or 2 shots max. I am not sure about Spas though.

I have both slugs and both have their pros and cons.

Spas pros:
- Quick to load (half the time of the stakeout)
- takes about 1 second to get to max accuracy
- Has 99% accuracy even when moving
- Doesnt interrupt the Semi-auto nature of the Spas

cons:
- good for close to mid-long range, but its dmg drops at mid.

stakeout pros:
- High dmg, even at mid-long range

cons:
- Doesnt have even 99% accuracy, as the aiming reticle goes up pretty badly when moving
- Takes a while to load the shot
- Gotta stand still to get 100% accuracy

I personally prefer the spas slug. Its a little weaker but it also can fire about 3x as fast as the stakeout

Thanks for the answer bro. I now know the M37's slug is much stronger than the Spas' slug. I thought the slug shots were the same which cause the same amount of damamge, but you said the M37's slug can do 100% damamge from that far away whiles the Spas in my experience somtimes can't even kill an opponent at mid range (usually 90+ damage at around 25m which is quite annoying when aiming with slug shot from that distance is quite hard already).

The Spas's normal shots is weaker than the M37's normal shots too. In addition, its pellets spread out so much that it makes it hard to kill with it unless the enemy is super close. However, the Spas is much faster than the M37: Both slugs and normal shots can be reloaded faster and it can cancel reload in case of emergency; and this makes the Spas more reliable in fast-pace games like TDM and free for all, but the M37 is better in S&D.

Thanks mate. I know the pros and cons of each gun, just didn't know if the slugs are the same. I've tried both guns (I was being miserable asking people to lend me those guns lol), and I don't think the Spas is 3x faster than the M37 though; it's probably 2 times faster but its normal shots are also almost 2 times weaker lol.

I completely agree with you on your comments about the slug's accuracy. Spas12's accuracy don't get reduced whiles moving but M37's accuracy reduce drasmatically whiles moving, I think this downside comebined with its high damange dealing makes it more of a "mobile sniper rifle" than a shotgun.

As reguard to which gun is the best, I think it all depends on your play style. I personally like both and I'd be happy with whichever I have. The M37 is suitable for anyone who is calm and play it safe just like Sniper and Riffle mains; the Spas is suitable for anyone who is aggressive and like to spray like SMG and MG mains. Come to think of it the M37 is better for me cos I like S&D the most.
