reopening this thread since all the other threads keep getting closed about this matter. I DID NOT PLAY DURING TIMES PEOPLE RECEIVED EXTRA CRATES. i didnt even hear about it til the following day. i know for a fact the last two days when the tracker broke i put in way more time on the tdm map bank than required. i wasnt getting errored out. i didnt leave the games. i completed them. for two days i played almost 5 hours to makes sure of so. there is no way they are going to tell me i didnt. this is getting beyond ridiculous.

it is useless. if i was lying i wouldnt be pushing it so far but im not lying and i deserve my rewards just as well as anyone else i shouldnt havnt to repeat myself over and over and beg for what ive earned.

Same here. I didn't play during those "bugged" hours and I wasn't one of the abusers because If I was then I wouldn't whine about rewards of last 2 days. Right now, I don't really care if they give me crates or not but I am now 100% sure that their logs are unreliable and inaccurate as well as their event trackers. I want to convey this message to all CF players that their logs are inaccurate and they are not recording anything properly. They don't have proper logs and we are playing a game where we don't know what may happen. It's very unfortunate to see that my/our efforts have gone to waste. It is now a concrete evidence that the support centre is useless as I submitted 4 tickets explaining and proving my case but they replied the exact reply each time without even reading my tickets.

Of course the players who received their rewards would side with the company without looking at the subject objectively. We are not the only one who are complaining about this issue; there are many more. I am playing this game for 10 years. I have all kind of melees, snipers, rifles and every damn special or non-special character and I give a shi about these 10 crates which has ridiculously low winning rate. I just wanted to get a reward for my efforts.

Rob the bank event was not the only messed up event. They ruined "make your mommy proud" event too. Not everyone got a time to moan over something which they don't deserve. I can clearly relate them to myself although I received the crates of "make your mommy proud" event. Their "Godly" logs can't be accurate and we players, who put their a$$e$ on line, must be at fault.

Just look at the comments of the players on page 7 and 8.

I just want you all to know that their system is unreliable and if there comes a time when they mess things like this again, which is very very likely, then you guys will remember my words and don't forget to cite me!

yea i got rewarded for all the days except the last two. 10 crates. quit telling me everything i needed to complete event. i know. been playing since 2010 and can read english perfectly. im telling you, i did everything i had to. i want my rewards.

P.S. is not mentioned but i think also 6 players was required to be on room when game end in order to count for event.

The rooms I played had min. of 14 players and I played for more than 90 mins of Bank TDM and I did complete each and every game. Ok let's assume I miscalculated and played for 89 mins or 70 mins then shouldn't I get the rewards for those 70 mins or 89 mins? I didn't receive a single crate which means their logs didn't record my single game of Bank TDM. and I played for more than 90 mins of Bank TDM with more than 14 players each game so I am not on the wrong side, they are.

Is it a coincidence that it happened to me on just last 2 days of the event when tracker wasn't working but I played and received rewards for all other days of the event?

Support Center was believed to be a joke and it turned out to be true. I submitted 4 tickets and got the same reply and please don't ask me to send 5th ticket to get exact response again. I am playing for 10 years and don't think that i am a newbie

exactly i didnt receive anything at all for 2 days. not a single crate and had play time over 4-5 hours each day always full rooms of 15-16 people and always completed. this isnt right.

Honestly I feel sad and sorry for that time go for nothing .
We read many stories for events victims , and we can't do anything.

It's only one thing may concern.
Let GM put himself into player position , what he will feel ?

Your concerns have been reviewed and addressed, and we have no further discussion to hold with you on this topic. We've explained our side multiple times, there is not much else I can say for you. Please do not keep opening new threads when old ones about the same topic have been closed.

Why not just show them what they missed, if they did. Would save both sides time.
