the event says that it starts at 16 may and we are going to be 17 and the tracker did not work yet will it count games even if the tracker was not working ?

All event times are in EST time zone. It turned May 16th just 27 minutes ago. Tracker will be up in the morning, if it isn't already And yes, games will count even without the tracker

How can I be sure that I receive rewards this time when I didn't receive my rewards for the rob the bank event? It's not a joke that people spend time on your events but to not get anything in return.

just like the last time when tracker stopped working for last 2 days of the event and it cost many players to lose crates and progress which your logs failed to record?

just 1 crate is enough to win
it is depend on luck NOT how much crates u have
