No point anymore
GMs and DEVs made me very toxic for community, I must say that there is NO POINT playing anymore because cant get useful item without paying money. I did every single event from past 2 years and opened thousands.. millions EP crates and I only won karambit and ak khokhaloma in 2 YEARS. I am literally praying when I open crates and came to conclusion to delete account, tryed to delete and u cant without giving informations about buying ZP last 3 times,,,,,, ARE U KIDDING ME......I will leave in peace and stop beeing TOXIC and I wish this game to end soon.

EP is super-hard to earn and EP crates have such a bad winning rate as ZP crates (probably even worst winning rate), I worked so hard to get 400,000 EP, spent all on the crates and I got trash only. Then the "web shop cleaning" that pi.ssed me off so much; all of my efforts prior were in vain.
One thing I don't understand about the web shop is that: Why do some crates cost 2000 EP each when you can only win one item from them? What kind of logic is that? It's not like you win 2 items when jackpot is hit anyway. 2000 EP crates are the worst because: 1) they are expensive, 2) when you hit jackpot you might not get what you want out of it cos there are normally 2 items in there.
This needs to change or you will keep losing players, Z8games. -

Do you think all the new modes, maps,contents, gp crates, ep crates dont require money? THEY NEED MONEY TO BUY LICENSING AND NEW CONTENT AND KEEP THE SERVER ONLINE. Have you ever gotten a big mac in MacDonald for free? no, you need money. You are the CANCER that is making this game bad. all you need to do is to play 10 min for 15 days and you get free armor , helmet, a zp nade and weapon for 30 days. I use to buy 90 days armor and helmet and you are not grateful whats so ever. The MP shop is basically a shop you can get free staff and ALL YOU DO IS CRY. THIS GAME IS BETTER WITHOUT YOU.

I dont like temporary versions, when u just get used to weapon they remove it , and permanent itrems from there are not very usefull like nunchaku, hammer,... people always keep killing me with vips -

Well you can stay and get ZP for defending the GMs. Maybe they do that to some of us. And the rest we will continue to point out the problems. The only toxic person here is you. -

I will agree to that, because if u think carefully what u just wrote , u realize u tell us not to buy crates anymore, and thats fine , its very fine, we will buy only permanent items as vips from now on, until they change the win rate so we have a chance to win in black market. -

mh yes i'm not the original poster but i think this post resumes quite well what black market is and whats it's not, they should stick the subject on top of the list instead of sticking it at the bottom...
However, i will agree to the fact that the "cleaning" of EP crates looks more like a "Eh, you guys spin a damn lot EP crates for those weapon in particular, we'd prefer you to spin zp ones" we have pretty much just useless weapons (for playing classic modes, in comparison with an AK for exemple) remaining in ep crates now
That being said, maybe it could be a solution to propose 2 or 3 permanent weapon available to choose in exchange for a very large amount of EP.
A long time ago we had no EP , but on zp purchase we received Bonus Points that we were able to exchange against m4 silver, ak silver... it was an excellent and fair for the user system in my opinion. -

Thought you need be certain age for lottery. ;] in some places game boxes were decided to be a form of gambling and made laws that forced devs to display rates, maybe you zp spinners might get that. -
I think nowadays offerings in this game are WAY better than 3-5 or more years ago.
Back in the days we only had BP web shop (as well as coupons) to get permanent weapons. (BP only had like 3-4 permanent weapons)
As for today we have the following: EP shop, Coupon Shop, MP Shop, ZM crate rewards with permanent items, ZP crates thru different events, even permanent weapons thru Pre-Order or special sale events, permanent items in Ribbon achievements, oh boy the list is huge!
I think its more than fair on the offerings we have towards a permanent weapon.
Even the GP shop is easier now since we have more ways and more gp amounts as prices. I remember when we had to sweat our bodies to earn the GP. -

You do not need ZP information to delete an account. You do, however, need correct other information. If you don't have it correct, how can we be sure you're the owner of an account that you're trying to destroy? I also doubt you opened millions of EP crates, simply because the EP shop has not been around long enough for someone to have earned enough for 'millions' of crates. Also if theres something my GM team has done that has made you 'toxic' please let me know how we can resolve that.
