So i was just chatting on #prove_your_worth channel on discord .... and i asked Gm.Kanadaian to reply my Questions on #bugs_discussion .. he ignored me.

actually GMs were just sharing hand drawn photos and some stuff which was funny no one deny ( they were actually making fun of our lagging problem) but i was asked to join discord (on my main account) like anyone here in forum was to get to know everyone and get rapid solutions for my issues .... but when i tried to discuss the ticket system ... i just got Muted and everyone kept mocking me ... while i'm muted and couldn't reply myself and i'm sure GMs where on the other side laughing ...

I'm not here begging for my mute to be removed .... i just want to know what rule did break?

talk was directed to the ticket system which we all know what it is ... i started the talks asking for an answer for my bugs/errors/ lagging problem just after the update( u can all see it i wrote many times there asking for help my name WAS elite.) and i asked many times politely to look in the #bugs_discussion and reply me is this problem from my side or their side ... but as always i was ignored...

i was only replied on when i mentioned the holey ticket system !!

I'm not a trouble causing guy and any one on discord who dealt with me know that ... but it feels sad to be met with mute for nothing but saying your openion in a way i don't see offending to anyone or at least i could be warned about my talk ... i was never warned before because i've never broken rules.

wasn't this my problem as well and when the GM counted my played time i was told that i completed the played time needed but didn't finish the games.... i told him okay if it was only me then I'm wrong but I'm sure there will be many like me.

Hi! I just want to point out that the last picture you sent out of context makes it seem like I was talking to you, when in fact I was talking to another player in the discord named "Terrify", and I was joking around with him as he knows it's not serious. I understand it's a bit hard to keep up with the chat especially when it is moving at such a fast pace.

On a side note, we were not making fun of anyone's lag problem. We were trying to explain what exactly would cause lag.

The penguins being your internet in this case. In proper terms, you may find yourself lagging because your internet isn't travelling directly from you to the server. It's like when you take an airplane flight, but instead of doing a direct flight to where you want to go which is 5 hours, you make a stop over and you end up taking 7 hours instead.

The above case was a simplified explanation of why you might be lagging, but we'll take what you said in regard and try to make it more professional and formal.

That brings me to the second topic.

Tickets.

The ticket replies may seem automated because we are trying to be as clear and concise as possible. As you had just witnessed, you mistook my explanation as "making fun of you" when I was trying to explain why you may lag.

Ultimately if you have a question about your mute, the best place to go to is... the place where you were muted, which is Discord. You're totally allowed to state your opinion, (as long as no harm comes out of it) but still, best to message a GM on discord about this issue. This topic will be closed, as this issue needs to be redirected to discord.

Lastly, you seemed to have missed the bit I explained about the tickets. Here's the full context of the situation, as I understand the conversation may have been moving a bit too fast / been a bit too fragmented to see properly.
