"Rob the bank" or "Rob the rewards"?
You better chose the right title for your next event as the last event should be titled "Rob the rewards" event.
Rob the bank event ended on 2th May and its been 11 days and I still haven't received my last 10 crates of last 2 days of the event. I sent two separate support tickets and I was told that I didn't do the event. I don't mind losing 10 crates but I really hate to see my efforts rejected. I did played for more than 90 mins of boring Bank TDM. I swear I played it for more than 90 minutes for those last two days of the event. Your tracker wasn't working for 2 days and it is your fault to begin with. I played for more than the required time on last two days of the event despite the fact that I had fears that my progress wouldn't count towards the event as your tracker and logs are broken. My fears come true. How can I prove that I played for more than 90 mins on last two days of the event? Am I supposed to record with my bandicam? This responsibility lies on your shoulders. May be I let it slide if I hadn't played for whole 90 mins on that tedious and boring map but I can't ignore the horrible time of that map and I want my reward.
You know what? it shows that your logs are unreliable and you failed to operate a single event. Labor day event required 2 hours of game play on 1st may and I played 2 hours of that boring Bank TDM and I received rewards for labor day but not for "rob the bank" event. Just look at your logs properly. I did my event and I will not back off from my position. You gotta reward me crates and other eligible players too.The most shocking thing is that they didn't even consider 30 mins of my time on Bank TDM which is really disgusting. I sent two support tickets; 1 claimed they are working on it and rewards be delivered at unspecified time and other one told me that they have delivered the rewards to the eligible players and If I hadn't received my crates then it means I wasn't one of those eligible ones. This event just cleared one doubt mind i.e. your logs are unreliable and support center needs improvement.
Here's the proof, I played for 2 hours on labor day. Of course, I wasn't idiot enough to not spend my on Bank TDM that day:

Hello there! I'm in the same situation like you.
Seems that they are claiming that "we have received extra crates in the previous days" (from April 24th thru April 30th) and that our "playtime" only avails the current crates delivered in that period of time.
I had received 31 crates but "none" from May 1st and May 2nd and sadly I don't have any proof for this and its kind sad that Support Team does NOT help at all in this particular situation.
For me its less than 10 crates missing and I just gave up trying to explain the situation to the Support Team thru tickets
On the other hand, a group of lucky users received tons of crates due to the bug... (not my situation).
Anyway, I raise my hand for having better Support Team thru tickets, one that gives detailed information about the events we play, not just the automated response that does not clear any doubt.
It will be awesome that we can have back the log feature (like in the old Clan Page) were users can track their playtime, this will serve as evidence for further events.
At the end is just our word against Support Team's word, and guess who wins? Well... NOT the Truth -
Still haven't got my crates either.
However, I don't think they distributed all the rewards. If you look in the "Rob the Bank" event, it says that the winners of golden M4A1 will be announced upon full distribution, but that hasn't happen yet. My gues and hopes is that they haven't fixed the issue yet. That's of course no excuse to have a broken event. I understand that problems can occur, but that's no reason to literatly rob the yields of people's work.

nearly I'm the first one to report this on discord.... but i was replied after GM counted my played time manually : I've finished the needed time for the event but finishing the games was the thing that caused me to lose the reward. PorBiejin knows this story.

Many players are still waiting for the 10 crates (including me). Unfortunately their management and communication with users is null, they lack more commitment and management in quality of service, they need people to talk with users and not machines.
This I have raised many times, but I repeat: When you send a ticket, they respond to you through an "automatic response" generated by a computer, because it is always the same with a slight change.
Hopefully they put more commitment to the users, because without us their game is over. -
I got a reply that I am not eligible because either I received those extra crates or I didn't play for the required amount of time on bank tdm. This response means they didn't check my ign with the record as they are unsure whether I recieved bugged extra crates or not and they don't know whether I really played the required amount of time on that map.
it's obvious that they don't have any clue and logs to track properly. It was their fault to have broken tracker to begin with. I wasted my time on bank tdm on 1st and 2nd may for nothing. They are keep sending me same message again n again. I did play for more than 90 mins on bank tdm and I just put my faith on them to keep my record in place of broken tracker. I am tired of this shi. Am i supposed to beg for the reward which I am entitled to?
We need our rewards. There are soo many players who also played for the required time and didnt receive any reward for the last two days of the event. No GM bothered to reply on this thread. It was their fault to have a broken tracker and not keeping track of our time. They have to check properly. I sent another ticket to robot centre. At least take a responsibility for your actions. -
Okay guys, enough is enough. I submitted 3rd ticket and they responded that "Please refer to all previous responses, as a resolution or final answer has already been stated". They think that I am barking or braying but the reality is I really played for 90 mins on both days and it pi.sses me off to see that it went to waste. I WANT MY REWARD AND I WANT TO BE INCLUDED IN THE RAFFLE OF M4A1 GOLD. Do you think that i am a h0e who just wasted time on your game and gonna let it slide? I want my reward for my efforts.
Look GM(s) how many people are missing their last 2 days' crates. Players in this thread and the official thread of the event is full of people asking for their 10 crates. You gotta recheck your system. I showed you that on 1st may, I played more than 2 hours of CF and of course, I played bank TDM rather than wasting my time on other modes/maps to meet the requirement of both events. As for 2nd May, Although I don't have evidence to prove that I played for more than 90 mins but I can assure you that the guy who could played more than 90 mins of Bank TDM from 24 April to 1st May consecutively would not miss the last day of the event.
In short, I played for more than 90 mins of Bank TDM on EACH god damn day of the event. I don't know your system. You gotta check it and if your system is not showing our progress then it is not our fault as we really did played. your tracker was broken and it was your responsibility to keep track of our progress by other means. Was I expected to record my time on bank TDM on bandicam? or was I supposed to code clock into your game to show you my progress as a proof? The players who bugged or mistakenly received dozens of free crates are free and not being dealt with but on the other hand, the players who did the event and didn't receive bugged extra crates are being penalized.
This is serious matter as I really did the event and it is getting on my nerves that you are just ignoring this fact like nothing. Please come on this thread and respond. I never had faith on support center as it solves nothing and this event is the prime example and now I lost little bit of that faith left deep down in my heart as well.

Well its kind of sad how they are "working" with us as some of the forumers already said in this thread. Hope they can read this post and at least pay attention to how the things are happening as of now.
I have even more fear to start any new event and invest my time without the assurance that I will be rewarded accordingly. -
This website is soo broken that I can't even post a single comment without encountering unique issue each time. They are earning soo much but they can't develop a proper website with nice colored eye catching background?
Clan pages are worse than the clan pages of 2010-2011. I can't login most of the times and I can't access this website as I face random issues and I have to delete my z8games cookies to enter into this website. This is not how corporations work let alone the multi billion company with so-called 65 million active players. You need to act something over this serious issue. We played your boring map for 90 mins each day by sacrificing our real lives but you don't bother to reply with serious answers. Every time I submit a ticket they say we have distributed the rewards to the eligible players but what about us eligible players? of course when we are saying we played the bank TDM map for the required amount of time then it means we played it and you have made some mistake on your side.

i have problems too - maybe because my acc is migrate from Europe and players like me from CF EU have problems.
i tell them to fix their problem - to check their game database ..... because is not working in same way with Event Tracker ..... i send 6 tickets and they answer me with Robot answers like :

and every one reply ends with :

But ...... yeah .... i am disappointed and sad from all this fight for rewards that player , played to get it and he dont want it for free ..... But i see this with dead CF EU and after account's migration .... nothing is the same:
1) The support is not the same.
2) Much problems.
3) Lags ingame (teleports from enemys because internet problems , bugs or whatever players with 70-90 ping are lagging like players with 150 pings and what to talk about players with 2k pings they killed the room we playing in it like we playing crossfire on pictures)
4) Errors while playing game ( it doesn't show you Error Message just kicked you to lobby )
When i am playing ZM ( Bio ) sometimes it show me little gray message with CROSSFIRE ERROR - Do you want to Report. and only one option [ OK ] ......... Strange
5) Top Problem - Can't Earn Rewards from event
Maybe if i think more i can find and many others problems , but what can i say more .....
and yeah some persons that they find with tryhard how to make reply on forums and talk things just to write somthing , like :
Protecting game issues with : You are not done on right way the event so for that you are not rewarded or somthing like this stupid things - yeah
If you are winner in some event or 1st place to get rewarded ........ most of the players want to see you down with with mockery and stuff like this in the same moment when that you are eligible and you want to claim your reward.

I never get how they always expect people to not say anything when tracker says you done give the rewards. If he got rewards then show him evidence or tell him, what probably happened is the tracker displayed wrong info which is z8 issue.
This many tries to post for two lines smh the errors in game bad enough but in forums now too, z8 trying to give you the full crossfire experience. -

I submitted 4th ticket but got the same reply that they delivered the rewards and i am not one of them. I clearly played for 90 mins of bank tdm and it irks me know that my efforts have gone to waste. They say we should consult support centre but support centre is pretty useless and gives the same answer again n again. We want a GM to respond to this thread.

This kind of things are unbelievable. First they announced that their trackers were broken but when people kept on playing believing that the their progress wouldn't lost they told us we didn't play for these last 2 days of the event AT ALL.
Secondly, we have never said that we 'wont answer because people are rude'. If that was the case I wouldn't answer a good 50% of the tickets we get lol
Please note that this event has been reviewed, has been distributed, and has been deal with. If you did not receive the crates, then either you did not qualify for them, or you received too many at the beginning of the event. All matches that counted in this had to be completed, not exited, not errored out of, but completed with the end screen in clear view. Only in-match time counts, as well, and only matches on Bank TDM or general TDM.
We appreciate your feedback on this, but we have to go based off the information that we can see, that is stored on our DB. Thank you! -

Do these guys not deserve some kind of compensation? if this olpers guy is saying he hasn't received his crates when it clearly shows he fits the requirement, he probably hasn't.
I mean check if you can, but he seems to be honest about it, otherwise he wouldn't waste this time.
