bug for recover account

there is a bug in recovering account if i recover it without ZP codes and payment methods, it recover! i typed NA instead of ZP codes and it successful recover i want to know how i can make my information more stronger if someone has my security information.. and if he could harm my account or no? pls do something Gamemasters it was my fault to sharing my information but ofc you GMs can help?

If someone got your password without your permission, send a support ticket. There's a section for account recovery. And change your password if you can. Never give your password info to anyone, no matter what they say. Especially if they pretend to be a GM. At least I think that's what's going on lol, might be a bit of a language barrier going on.
