You didn't complete the event. That's why you have not received the 10 crates. And your K/D was 1.85 so you did not complete that event also. GL. -

You wouldn't win anyway.. 25% winning chance with 5 crates= 5% chance of winning, And again... U have to be STUPID lucky to get that even with MAX lucky BAR probably its 15% chance or even less! Don't feel too bad about it, Only when u lose money and u don't get nothing, Then yes,

Guys.. 1 more thing, Yes. they made a mistake,hm.. You could even say a big mistake by saying: KDR between 2.0-5.0 cause thats stupid easy, maybe 10 kills 5 deaths right? I don't know for sure, But they should've said 20.000-50.000 thats what i've seen when i checked my k/d in Crossfire game EVENTS So i kept it 20.600 not between 2.000-5.000 cause thats too stupid easy and they won't do such thing. and it didn't showed like they've said, So i knew its a mistype keyboard, this sh1t happends all the time. And yes, i've got the crates, Thanks See? a guy was under a test right? 5 people wearing white clothes and other 5 people wearing black clothes playing with a yellow ball. He was asked to watch those people playing and to say if he sees something suspicious. After 5 min a Gorrila walked in. You guys didn't see the Gorrila

How did I not complete the event? I checked my kdr with the ingame tracker the 2 days and it showed me a kdr from atleast 3.0. Also this happened with my friend he got a kdr from over 4. The tracker shows now 7.48 which doesnt make any sense only if they count HMX, Mutant Escape and ZM in the statistics. And no I am not a bot farmer that you meet in every Rooftops game. Can you explain it or anyone? Well if I don't receive 5 crates I can live with it just will remember that for the future. -

Guys same thing happened to several players for "rob the bank" event and the support center didn't help anyone of us rather they blamed us that we didn't play at all. I want you all to gather in this thread and raise your voice together. Unitedly we will be able to show them they messed both events and we, players, are not at fault but their logs are:

Might as well just not do events at this point anymore. They both can't admit their wrong and won't give what we deserve. And let's be frank, most people are doing events ONLY for the rewards, and events' purposes are to only make players play. So, if they fail at that, while there are still important problems (like the fact that the game is unplayable with fps drops and everyone lagg spiking constantly) what does it tell you about the things going on?
I mean seriously, playing a bugged game; playing in it some mode/map you'd probably don't enjoy for a number of lottery tickets (crates) for a chance to win "pretty pixels", that that crates you probably don't even going to get, if we go by how things are going lately; to win "pretty pixels" that are either op and you ruin the balance of the game (that balance doesn't exist since as far as I can remember), which makes other player compleately toxic or even racist to you, or are useless against VVips or other op weapons; and they expect us to pay so much for just 1 VVip (I can almost buy 2 aaa games on release for that much, or a dozen indies) or gamble even more on abysmal winrates of this BM.
Tell me I'm wrong. -

That's soo true. They say we should consult support center which is itself in need of support from the management. I raised the issue and one of the GMs closed the thread. Another guy opened new thread on the same subject and they closed that thread too. It seems like they want us to shut our mouths and let this mess go.
[GM]Kanadian replied to my thread that:
"Please note that this event has been reviewed, has been distributed, and has been deal with. If you did not receive the crates, then either you did not qualify for them, or you received too many at the beginning of the event. All matches that counted in this had to be completed, not exited, not errored out of, but completed with the end screen in clear view. Only in-match time counts, as well, and only matches on Bank TDM or general TDM."
The thing which I could understand from this statement is that he was not clear himself. Either I received the extra bugged crates or I didn't play for the last 2 days of the event at all. It can't be both. If he really looked at the records then why didn't he pointed out the specific issue. In my case, I didn't receive any extra crate and I completed Bank TDM for the required amount of time with a clear view of ending screen each match. It means they don't have any record and they are sweeping it under the rug, that's all. -
+1 to that... "Please note that this event has been reviewed, has been distributed, and has been deal with." obviously wrong, because for preventing unwanted outcomes, I played Bank TDM more than 2 hours each day. And still didn't get my last 10(not even one of them came) crates. Meanwhile some guys got hundreds, maybe even thousands of crates, and got away with that. Also in last 2 days of the event, their event tracker broke. And they can still blame us, wow.
