Crossfire Error
So I've been getting this "Crossfire Error: Error. Do you want to report?" ever since the maintenance. It was working fine before the maintenance but now, it just gives me that message while the match is being loaded. Is this also happening to anyone else and do you know how to fix it? Thank you.

Yes, I too have been getting the same "ERROR REPORT", but today its even 'WORST' than before; I can't even play a game at all! Everytime I Login, go to play ,wait two minutes to join game - (Popup) Disconnect from Server .4... Do you want to "Send Error Report?' No I would like to "Stop getting Errors!"

A machine is not responding, real people are. I'm one of the real people. I'm not sure what you mean by "Im CM" but unfortunately your opinion, while perhaps valid, will not influence the way we have run and will continue to run this support system. If you cannot submit a ticket, we will be unable to help your issue.

6 times i try to start the game after maintenance. 6 times game was CRASHED at the start window.
PS. Weapon upgrade don't work too. i have all boxes for upgrade, press the button and NOTHING.
"Great job", Z8Games... "Great job"
upd: the game is crashed usually at 12% loading the room. Just close the game and exit to the OS without any error. -

12% is where the game sets the resolution, try changing to a different resolution and you should be able to play. -

my solution is based on your advice. That's it:
1. Open Options in the game. Remember your game resolution in the game.
2. Set the new resolution (for example, 640*480), save settings and play 1 game.
3. Open Options and set YOUR FAVOURITE game resolution. Save settings.
TADAM! All works fine. No errors. I just check it. -

CM is a Community Manager, the attention to the clients, or in this case to the users is very important for all business, and solving what they are worried about is vital.
I speak of a machine answering because despite what I send, I always get the same "automatic response", that's what I mean with personalized attention, because I'm sure that MANY receive the same response when sending their tickets. -

Ah, I see what you mean now. And of course, we do pay attention to our players (not clients, that makes it sound so formal and uppity, and we are after all a game) and it is very important, absolutely. You can see that by us implementing multiple things over the years that you guys have recommended. Unfortunately, as with all things, its impossible to please everyone and to do everything at once. But I do understand your frustration.
And yes, if you are sending the same thing over and over, you will get the same response. I would be more concerned if you sent the same issue and got a different response, as this would mean the support team is not unified and working off the same knowledge base. While yes, it would be nice to get a response that says "Hello Carias, how are the kids, did the wife ever buy that pair of shoes she was talking about" it simply just isn't viable when you receive hundreds if not thousands of tickets, many of which consist of 'gm i swear i not cheat'. Tickets are a way of receiving support directly, not a conversation. I do recommend discord if you're looking for conversation though, we have a pretty active and happy playerbase there, with about 50,000 accounts joined and we would love to have you there as well. -

Understand your point of view and what I respect, but I do not share it. Players are customers from the moment they invest money in the game, so it is valid to call them that.
I know they do everything possible to improve the game, there are many things that have to be done, but for that reason, having a much larger work team would facilitate the whole, because it is not good for a person to take care of several tasks at the same time time, it is not healthy.
Nor did I refer to such an answer, haha. Anyway, I hope they manage to solve all the problems that the game has nowadays, if they succeed many players will be happier.
And if I'm in Discord, but I do not speak English very well to have a more fluent conversation as I call it. -
Problem don't solved. Change resolution doesn't work. IMHO, the main problem of the game - last patch with bugs. and ZERO beta-test of it before patch the game. Now game is a very unstable. You can log out in ANY place of the game - Shop, Storage, at the start of the room or in the battle. Doesn't matter. Just patch that bugged patch.

The game situation is very sad, i leave the game in 2013 and in january 2019 i back and i start to remember the reasons i had left, in each update the changes always seem to be only paid content, the technical issues intact, the lag seems to worsen more and more, whats the meaning of sending support tickets if they are going to take weeks or months to be answered?, whats the meaning of getting good scores in game if in the final rounds will get error?, for more than its hurts me to think it seems that this games has a great decline and those responsible seem not to get involved in giving solutions, its a shame that game with potential as this worsens overtime and only focuses on economics benefits without adressing the problems, is shown in the latest updates and does not see a close improvement, every time i try to join a game appears network connection error and disconect from server. it has become very tedious this situation and i speak for many people yo expose these details, respecfully i address the developers, hopefully improve this situation, "crossfire the unplayable game"
