EP shop update
So, they removed good crates and added the useless ones?
There were a lot of good stuff, such as: M4 Bandage (1000 EP per crate), Deagle-Silencer, etc.
Now there are just one half-legit crate with Bandage and Brick, what i already got in ultimate gold skin, so won't waste additional 1000 EP per crate due to 2 items in the crate.

To be fair, the old EP crates were in the EP shop for quite some time, I think you had all the time of the world to buy the old ones.
As for the new ones, I'm not a huge fan either except for the Cheytac Red Eagle (I don't yet own a permanent Cheytac). -

Scar light? Is here anyone still using this at 2o19? Did you actually knew that scar light does 1 hit on head? No? Now you do know. Also the spray pattern is quiet good.

Opulent is a joke at all. If i ain't totally wrong, then i see the ASH.12. Believe me when i say that this gun is OP as hell - extremely high damage, accurate af and perfection at its own. But i could be wrong tho'

The stakeout is not a slug. The knight crate doesn't contain the HK 417, it contains the Knight SR-16, hence why it's called knight crate. The SCAR light actually is quite good and has the newer model and firing sound to my knowledge. -

Weekend special crates for example?
The Opulent crate doesn't contain the ASH 12. It's the LAPA FA-03 and believe me in saying this isn't a very good rifle.

So first off....shop was gonna get changed it's been a long time coming.
And sure you might not like what's in the shop now but like....that's just your opinion man. Clearly there's some people that do like at least some of the new stuff. And just cause you don't like it doesn't make it a bad change up. (also note that while 1 or 2 of these crates might have been available in a past iteration of the EP shop most of them havent. we didn't go back to a previous EP shop set up for the sake of EU folk like a previous comment suggested)
The EP shop is still continuing it's role as a 'graveyard shop'. And by that I mean most of the crates available in it used to be ZP crates but were discontinued awhile back as well as including a few crates that are still in the BM.
As for the various crates and their content.....i'll start with the opulent mission crate...
The Lapa FA-03 while ugly as can be (it's icon shows silver and shiny but it looks like grey and not shiny) is essentially the 9a91 before we had a 9a91 here. Has same ammo count and acts very similarly. Has a bit of a unique firing sound. It's actually quite effective weapon but again....looks like poop. Gold brick is meh. The MG is okay though there's better MGs. If you really want a brick go for the original.
the M37 Stakeout Firewall.....like said this is not a slug shot shotgun. it was released before the 2.0 update when things like slugshots, JHP ammo, dual mags, and what not got released. There's currently only 4 slug shots and they are all either Ares or Rebel skinned. That being said the Firewall does have full wallbang.
the Beretta that is shown on the gatling gun crate is incorrect. that crate just has the gatling gun in it. In another version of something the 2 most have been together in a crate and this is a stock/archived crate image they have available. I'd expect to see the image get fixed to reflect that.
I'll personally be going for the Stakeout and the Knight crate. Mainly because the Knight SR16 is kinda unique among all of this stuff.
But at the end of the day....what other versions even have an EP shop or similar? Like you may not like the content in it now....but at least we have an EP shop at all. Which is why I find anyone QQing about it is rather funny as it's literally a bonus place to get old ZP crates. Like i got a good laugh at some the crates in there not gonna lie...*looking at you dual double barreled* but i'm not gonna cry about it as it's a bonus shop. Simple as that. -
I don't know why some players defend such a bad situation .... hey guys u wont be MODs by acting like that not in ur dreams ... so please stop this non sens talks .... the ep shop got a lame update we can call it a downgrade not an upgrade .... removing high end class A weapons like the cop,d.e silenced,frf2,patriot,m14ebr,karambit,barret,and many many good stuff just to add a brick a gg and an rpk !!
this is frustrating to many levels so please stop talking and defending the bad situation we are in ..... i think u get MOD promotion by helping the community not by working against it and u obviously are acting weird guys.

Just because you think its a bad update doesnt mean that it objectively is. There are people like me who have been waiting for the EP shop to change, and now I have the chance to get some weapons I'd like to have. We're not "defending a bad situation", because to me, its the farthest thing from.
Back to topic,
Considering the last EP weapons have been in there for 1+ years, its about time they switched them up. I, for one, am happy to see some new, old weapons. Would personally have liked to see some unskinned weapons, but oh well.
For instance, I'd to get the OG Gat, the Scar L LM, the Knight Crates, Brass Knuckles and something from the Multi Saw crate. I probs wont obtain any of them but thems the breaks. -

now like the op i can't see myself spinning any of those ... maybe if i didn't had the m200 gold i would try my luck with the cheytac crates rather than that is just LAME.

others litteraly in every post here in the forum u can find them saying ohhh no it's just u I'm having fun I'm all good.
even if someone complained about his mouse sensitivity u can find them defending the game and the developers as if they are getting paid by them. -
There's no need to take this so seriously...
Understand that players have different tastes, so some might hate the new weapons, while others might love them. In the end, we only end up benefited since we buy the crates for free.
It's not easy to earn EP and win the majority of the weapons. Besides, you're not obligated to waste your EP for unwanted weapons, so choose wisely. -

The EP shop is a very unique concept, mostly because older, discontinued ZP crates get re-released in it. I however think they waste the potential of it by not releasing some of the EU exclusive, older, RP crate weapons. There is still a huge list of guns not released in CF West yet, that used to be available to all EU players. Soooo many nice crates to implement in the EP shop could've been made out of these.
Now only thing West players got is the Knight SR16, which was available permanently in the EU GP item shop.
At the end of the day, I agree with the comments made earlier. The EP shop did get downgraded upon it's new update. A waste of true potential. -

I feel sorry for you bruv. You seem to care about the game but people behind it don't seem to care about you at all; you should have already known that your opinions here worth nothing exept being rediculed by them. Why are you being rediculed? Because you not only play and pay, but you also put efforts to make the game better which is not supposed to be your job; and by delicating yourself to the game like that you get nothing but being ignored. Despite of being ignored, you still don't give up but keep putting efforts so that one day you might be heard LOOL. -
Well, I suggest you exchange your EP over the weekend offering -> 25K EP for 30 pops and keep stacking EP, you may not like the new offerings. So there nothing else than wait for a new update.
Also they announced in advance this so you had a chance to redeem the EP over the old offerings.
