Monthly Mixup Reward Selection

I recently migrated my account from Gamerage and wasn't playing CF for a while. When I returned to West I saw this monthly mixup event. Unfortunately I was bit too late for 4th weapon of event's 12, 687 EDP, having less than 26 days. And now in May AK-12 has been offered to us. I already have it in my inventory so it is not livening up things for me. I wonder if we would able to choose our reward weapon among present and past months' rewards, after attending for 26 days. It would be a good offer I think. Both more motivation and offering second chances to people who missed out on this event's past months.
