Some Point To mention
i want to mention some point here ,
1- Today new bug happen as usual : players got unlimited amount of old but gold crates and won all item and as usual support team wake up after 6-7 hours and fix it after most of players get all item .. where is judge.
2- Before 3 month Ep bug happend and also support team wake up after 4 days after some players got more than 10.000 crates + more than 1000 free tickets.
3- Credit To Clan Ribbon still bugged from 4 years and every ticekt i send maybe 7 tivkets to GM and replay only Bot Replay ... (we thank you , we hope next update..etc ) till now no direct answer from Gm or support team,,, 4 years and no one knows how to fix the bug ( very nice job ) .. maybe till 2050 to solve ..
4- For nymphs char in zm cant equip any item { sheep item , hallween .... etc } and replay from GM was bot replay ,,
5- Number of clear in crater down still incorrect its give like 30065 clear for some players and till now not fix
6- Lagging in game + server still not fixed and game already complete 10 years but still nothing improved.
7- please give the game attention cuz no one of Staff care about game at this time.

Cant agree more with you, 10 years i quite an achievement, hope they are working to have something like other version (fix + exclusive event).
Its quite hard to enjoy the game every months update just to see there is still server issues, errors and fps drops...
I mean, if they achieved already 10 years, they should know how to prioritize the things to make the game better...

First of all. It actually really does mean a lot that you have kept track of the issues that you have experienced. Pointing it out to us means that you care enough to try to change things.
We will do our best to address the issues that you've listed, like lagging and server issues. We constantly try to address these, but we can't always control what happens between our servers and your PC.
The other issues that you've mentioned, we are still trying to resolve. It's not always easy, but you will notice when something has been fixed.
Please continue to send tickets, even if the reply doesn't seem sincere, I can guarantee that there is a real person reading your ticket, and forwarding the information that you provide.

What's gonna happen to the players who exploited that bug and got dozens of crates?
I played for more than 50 mins today but still haven't received any crate and i am sure it will not get fixed till monday and I will not be able qualify the event. Event is still showing 5 crates sheet and hasn't updated my today's progress. I need your confirmation that my effort will not be in vain.
On top of that I played for more than 60 mins yesterday and tracker confirmed it but I didn't receive any crate but on the other hand billions of midos are walking around with 1000 of crates did you give them my crates too? -

I hope to make system for tickets reply not bot every time same answer + credit to clan ribbon its take 4 years to finish and it's bugged for 4 years That's disappoint ( no any specific time to resolve or add manually ) ? -

How to try to solve this
People got a lot of boxes like the previous problem in EP and most people got all EP weapons without fatigue -

ep bug/nymps/credit to the clan....they just expect us to forget about this game issues and move along like nothing ever happened.
also a bit not related to the topic...it kinda makes me very mad when me and others were suggesting for example aa12 or tesla for ribbons/coupons/ep creates etc etc..and almost everyone were bashing on us...and now-they give ak buster gold(most overpowered weapon ever seen in the game)absolutely for free...and no one says anything..when does people will stop be so hypocrite? -_-nice that u pay attention to the gms with the new bug... if u dont like the game. stay away mido.
he created the thread like 5 or 6 hours after the bug was already fixed and every one weapons and crates get completely removed..so trust me they already knew even without this

gonna have to reply to this since i was one of the people that thought the suggestion of adding the previous ZM weapons as ribbon/coupons was silly. And still do. As there's a huge difference between taking a weapon that was released as a ZP crate that lots of people spun for and putting it into a free system than releasing a completely new weapon into a free system. And the new weapon they released at it's starting base is worse than the AA12 crate weapon one should add. You either need to significantly farm the crap out of Crater Dawn to upgrade it to make it more useful or you have to buy the upgrade jewels. There's a massive difference between it all. Pretty sure when you even made the suggestion for the previous ZM weapons to be put into coupons/ribbon rewards that I had even said 'maybe if they released a new weapon and not one that people spun ZP crates for'.
now for the on-topic stuff. I believe what Utmost has said about the Nymphs special character not having char items because of it's small size is correct. It's even stated on the wiki page for Nymphs in the Trivia section:The Special model also won't show up equipped character items like the PvP counterpart.
I will agree with OP fairly heavily on the Credit to the Clan/clan war related ribbons. But pretty sure the decision was made to just forget about clan wars and beyond and was probably made at the dev level. Though if Clan Wars are going to remain in the game still despite being left alone and forgotten....the ribbons for them should still be made to work. -

Yeah lmao, we get blessed with one of these very once in a while, 90% of the things on them either never fixed or are always "being worked on", honestly how long does it take to punish people who used the ep bug?
Like i said in a previous post, the game just copy and pastes content from the Asian servers, its not hard to make time to for bug fixes, clearly they aren't showing us what they are doing and have a huge surprise (sure, just like march which was a underwhelming) or if they are doing anything at all. -

If they cared to do that, we'd have them years ago, but instead we just continue lagg spiking on these current ones. Now with fps drops it's becoming unplayable, not to mention other problems, like balance, baffling chat censorship, constant hacking and sheer scam that is BM. -
Guys... new servers will NOT improve anything. Back in EU after months and months we finally got our new servers. And not just any servers but the ones that were used on tournaments! And what? As you can see the results are quite obvious. You must realize that the problem is INSIDE the game itself. Not in our PCs, not in the servers, not in the GMs hands... its in the korean developers' powers. There is something fundamentally broken about how this game is/was developed and how it is being maintained by the developers. The GMs might know what is the problem and they might be pushed to be silent for it. Or maybe the developers broke the game beyond repair. We may never know the truth. The facts stay none the less. Its been years of issues that were reported by us and presumably sent to the devs. Years of problems/bugs... not being fixed.
Im repeating myself from the old days in EU: Enjoy it while it lasts. It might not be as long as you think.
