how long does it take for the hacking report to get checked? cause the hackers i reported 9 months ago are still playing this game to this day. i report them almost every single day and yet no consequences. i guess the GM's are too busy with discord to look at the site now? if reporting on this site doesn't do anything then completely remove this option from this site and move everything to discord permanently.

I hope you realize that there is no 100% protection. People with skills will take apart the shield and develop cheats in their spare time...

I agree.
Fighting hackers is always an ongoing and uphill problem for any computer related company. As for games; as long as there been computer games, there have been cheaters and they will always be there. You just have to accept it, adapt and keep on playing. If you can't take it, quit.

^ No doubt about this but the issue i raised is about the staff here not banning these players. It's pointless having the reporting system if they get no consequences.

I have a question for you, and anyone else here....Would you kill the goose that lays the golden eggs?

I know the line.. if you find a cheater report them, but if that cheater is spending money on this game would you stop them making your company money?

I also know the line is Z8 will ban anyone found to be in breach of the rules, how ever there have been many cases of ZP buying players reported that are still playing and still buying ZP so....

If this was your company and you want to make money you want to make money.

Not saying I have all the answers but banning cheaters permanently after just 1 chance ( 30 day temp ban ) would help.
